Eligibility for a Return

To qualify for a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it, with original packaging intact. Please note, we require a receipt or proof of purchase for all returns.

Non-returnable Items:

  • Gift cards
  • Downloadable software products

Partial Refunds:

In certain cases, only partial refunds are granted:

  • Items showing obvious signs of use.
  • Any item not returned in its original condition, is damaged, or missing parts for reasons not due to our error.
  • Any item returned more than 60 days after delivery.

Initiating a Return:

Before sending any products back, please reach out to our customer service at support@chicy2k.com. Our team will guide you through the process and provide further instructions. Please do not return the product without contacting us first.

Refunds:

Upon receiving and inspecting your return, we’ll notify you via email of the approval or rejection of your refund. If approved, your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your original method of payment within a certain number of days.

Late or Missing Refunds:

If you haven’t received a refund yet, recheck your bank account and contact your credit card company or bank as there might be a delay in posting your refund. If after doing this you still have not received your refund, please contact us at support@chicy2k.com.

Sale Items:

Only regular-priced items may be refunded. Unfortunately, sale items are not eligible for refunds.

Exchanges:

We only replace items if they are defective or damaged. For exchanges, please email us at support@chicy2k.com for assistance.
